1. Instrument Overview:
The rail straightness measuring instrument adopts non-contact laser sensors for measurement, which can measure the smoothness in both vertical and horizontal directions. It is suitable for measuring the smoothness of rail repairs, joints and insulated rail joints, and can also evaluate the wear degree of the vertical surface of rails. During the measurement process, the overlapping method can also be used, so that the measured length of rail wear can exceed the length of the equipment itself. It is not only suitable for evaluating rail wear in short-distance waveform range (0.03-0.3 meters), but also suitable for evaluating rail wear in long-distance waveform ranges (0.3-1 meter, 1-3 meters, 10 meters).
